Shipping & Returns:

Please ensure you provide us with your correct shipping address, if for some unforsee reason you provide the wrong shipping address, we will not be held responsible for item lost or post to wrong address.

All items are subject to shipping and handling charges. shipping charges are calculated by size/weight, we use Royal mail and parcel force as our delivery service.

All our packages are sent out via recorded, first class or special delivery at either our description or your request and therefore, may need to be signed for upon receipt.

All orders are carefully packed in our separate mail order dispatch department but in the rare event if you have reason to believe that damage may have occurred in transit, we must be notified as soon as possible after the damage is discovered.

  • Return policy:

Not happy with an item and  you wish to return it, please do so within 7 working days provided its's still in the sealed manufacturer's packaging, drop it back in the post to us at the address provided, be sure to include a copy of your invoice and a covering letter explaining the reason for return, and what action you would like to be taken ( for example, refund, exchange ETC ).

When buying product from our SCRATCH and DENT category, if your are unsure about the product we highly recommend you Contact us for more information or more picture and we will do our best to supply you with the best information to assist you, due to the circumstances of these product which or deem used, end of catalogue or damage in transit it unlikely that we will accept a return so be 100% sure before completing your order.

NOTE: non-faulty items returned for refund will be subject to a restocking fee (up to 20%max), or a full credit note. all returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.

  • Returns Procedure for Defective or Faulty Goods:

If you wish to return a product due to a fault, please contact us first to obtain authorization before returning the product , and we will advise you if the fault is covered by the warranty. If the product has been found to have a manufacturing fault we will immediately arrange for a repair/exchange or send a replacement component if agreed, if the product needs to  returned to us for inspection, we will email you a return form which needs to be completed and returned with the product.

Please note we do not cover the costs of postage for returns. it's yours responsibility to ensure the goods are returned to us. we recommend you used royal mail standard parcel service at your local post office, if the product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will refund the cost of the postage at stamp value.

Please also be aware that if a product is return and no manufacturing fault was found or the fault has been caused by the user,  a handling and inspection fee of £4.99 will be payable before the goods are returned to you.

Please ensure you are 100% sure that the fault is a manufacturing issue before returning the goods to us.

All warranty decisions are final and subject to inspection of the goods in question.

NOTE: any items returned for any reason will be at your cost and liability.


Lost & Damage During shipment:

Buyers should immediately notify us within the first 24 hours of receipt of the package that are deem damage, all evidence and documents must be retained as proofs. If for some reason you receive a package that has slight damage and you wish to keep it, but require money back please do so within 3 days of receipt otherwise send it back to us for a replacement.
